Let buyers leave star ratings and text reviews on your account. Reviews follow you across every form you create.
How it works
- Only verified buyers can leave a review — they need a paid order on one of your forms.
- Window: 30 days from when an order is marked paid.
- One review per form per buyer (you can have many forms; each gets its own review slot).
- You can reply once per review and mark obvious spam to hide it from your public page.
- Buyers can edit their review for 30 days. Only EZFormz admin can delete a review (for policy violations).

Advanced: connect with an API key instead
Prefer a static token (e.g. for automation or if your Claude client doesn't support OAuth sign-in)? Create a key in the API Keys tab, then when Claude asks for credentials choose Bearer token auth and paste your key (starts with ezf_).
Custom connectors require a paid Claude plan (Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise). The connector gives Claude full access to create forms, add products, set themes, and manage orders on your account.

API keys are used for Claude MCP connector and direct API access. ChatGPT uses OAuth sign-in instead — no key needed. View API Docs
Connected Apps
Third-party applications (like ChatGPT and Claude) that have access to your EZFormz account. Revoke access at any time.
Revoking a connection immediately prevents that app from accessing your account. To reconnect, you'll need to authorize it again.
